We provide three levels of service for Landlords:


We find you a Tenant.

We use the services of an Independent Referencing Agency and apply for Employer, Credit and previous Landlord references (if applicable). Once these have been checked and approved we then proceed and draw up the Tenancy Agreement.

We collect the deposit and first month’s rent for you. At the signing of the let we transfer the funds to you.

Each month thereafter you collect the rent direct from the Tenant.

Rent Collection

We find a Tenant and carry out the necessary Credit and Character reference searches, draw up the Tenancy Agreement, collect the rent and then transfer the balance of funds, less our fee, to you, on a monthly basis.

The Premium Rent Collection service also includes a Legal Expenses insurance package for extra protection.

Full Management

We find the Tenant, carry out the necessary Credit and Character reference searches and draw up the Tenancy Agreement. Each month we collect the rent, and once cleared, transfer the funds to you.

We settle any bills on your behalf relating to the property and/or its upkeep.

We arrange a detailed inventory via an independent Inventory provider and carry out a periodic property inspection with written and photographic report during the tenancy.

We are the point of contact for Tenants and deal with them on all property matters. We arrange all appointments and ensure that any necessary repairs are carried out to benefit the upkeep and maintenance of the property.

We carry out and arrange Gas and Electrical inspections as necessary.

We include complimentary Legal Expenses insurance within our Premium package that also includes additional inspections and dealing with the deposit at the end of the tenancy.

It is imperative that your Building and Contents Insurance providers are aware that you will be letting out your property, otherwise your Insurance policy may be invalid. We advise that you take advice from your Insurance provider or contact us, where we can provide you with a competitive quote.
